A fast switchboard. It watches a “hot/cold” meter (RSI), big recent moves, trend, and the fear index (VIX). Calm/uptrend → 3x tech/semis/S&P, with some dip‑buys after selloffs. More fear or defensives → hedge with volatility funds or sit in T‑bills, dividend funds, Treasuries, gold, or dollar. Key funds: UVXY/VIXM (fear up), SVXY (fear down), TECL/SOXL/SPXL/TQQQ (3x≈triple), TMF (3x Treasuries), BIL (cash‑like), SCHD/DGRO (dividends), DBC (commodities), UGL (gold), ERX (energy), USDU (US$).
