It’s a traffic‑light system that watches “market thermometers” like RSI (a hot/cold meter), trends, and big 1‑day moves. If stocks look too hot, it briefly buys UVXY (goes up when fear jumps). If they’re washed out but the backdrop is OK, it buys rebound plays like TECL/TQQQ/SOXL (3x tech/semis). If stress rises, it hides in T‑Bills (BIL), bonds (TMF), gold/commodities, or even short funds (SQQQ/SPXS).
