This is a fast-moving market-timing strategy. It mostly watches whether the stock market—especially tech and chip stocks—looks too hot or too beaten down. If markets look overheated, it often buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear spikes. If tech looks oversold, it buys aggressive funds tied to technology, semiconductors, or the S&P 500. If signals are mixed, it may shift into dividend funds, Treasury bonds, gold, commodities, or cash-like funds.
