This is a fast, tactical switch. It watches three dials: 1) Heat (RSI = a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent price moves), 2) Trend (moving averages), 3) Fear (VIX/volatility). • Too hot? It buys UVXY (a fund that jumps when stocks fall). • Washed‑out but fear easing? It buys 3× tech or chip‑stock funds (TECL, SOXL, TQQQ/SPXL). • Fear rising or bonds leading? It parks in T‑bills/bonds/dividends, or uses bearish ETFs (SQQQ/SOXS/TECS). Tech‑vs‑staples and bond trends confirm.
