A rule‑driven swing strategy focused on tech/semis. It rides uptrends with 3x ETFs, buys sharp dips, and hedges or flips short with volatility and inverse funds when markets look overheated or fearful, using bond and VIX signals. Very high risk.

It watches simple “heat” and “fear” gauges: how fast prices just moved (RSI), if fear is rising (VIX via UVXY/VIXY), and if bonds look healthy (Treasuries vs T‑bills). If tech/semis plunge, it buys the dip (TECL/SOXL). If they sprint or fear spikes, it hedges or goes short (UVXY/SQQQ/SOXS). In shaky times, it shifts to T‑bills/bonds/dividends; in strong uptrends, it rides 3x tech/semis. Very high risk.
