This strategy is a fast-moving market timer. When stocks—especially tech and semiconductors—look too hot, it often buys UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when market fear jumps. When those same areas look beaten down, it often buys aggressive bullish funds like SOXL or TECL. When conditions look weak, it may switch to bearish funds, bonds, gold, or cash-like holdings.
