This strategy constantly asks: Is the market overheated, sharply falling, or relatively calm? If many stock areas have risen too fast, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear spikes. If growth stocks have fallen hard, it buys aggressive rebound funds like leveraged tech or the S&P 500. Otherwise it rotates into a mix of dividend stocks and defensive holdings such as gold, bonds, commodities, volatility funds, or market-neutral funds.
