About

A daily, rules-based, multi-idea system that blends leveraged tech bets, volatility hedges, and short-term Treasuries, using momentum and volatility signals to decide where to invest, with BIL as a safe haven.
NutHow it works
A daily, rules-based system splits money across several themed groups (growth/leveraged bets, volatility hedges, and safety nets). It uses signals like momentum (recent price changes), whether an asset looks overbought, and how it compares to other assets to decide which group should have more weight. When conditions look risky or choppy, it shifts toward very short-term Treasuries (BIL) as a safe haven. In volatile times it can tilt toward volatility ETFs (UVXY, VIXY) to profit from rising markets’ fear, while other times it favors leveraged tech plays (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL) to capture big moves. The result is a daily, dynamic mix designed to outperform with risk controls, while keeping a cushion in safe assets.
CheckmarkValue prop
High-growth with risk controls: OOS return ~26.6% vs SPY ~16.4%, via a dynamic blend of leveraged tech bets, volatility hedges, and BIL cash. Note: potential drawdowns ~53% vs ~19% - best for higher risk tolerance seeking upside and diversification.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
