A fast-moving, high-risk strategy that rotates among leveraged tech, semiconductor, and volatility trades, but often retreats to BIL (cash-like T-bills) when its warning signals flash.

This strategy is a bundle of several very aggressive mini-strategies. Each day, it picks 3 that look the most beaten-up recently, then follows their signals. Most of the time it tries to buy leveraged tech funds after dips, switch into fear/volatility funds when markets look overheated or panicky, and hide in BIL (a very short-term Treasury fund, basically cash-like) when conditions look dangerous.
