An aggressive, tech/semis‑heavy swing strategy that toggles between 3x bets, VIX trades, and T‑Bills using RSI, trend and drawdown checks. It tries to fade overheated spikes, buy sharp dips, and sit in cash when stress is high.

Daily it flips among three modes: risk‑on (3x tech/semis like TQQQ/TECL/SOXL), volatility trades (UVXY/VIXY/SVIX/SVXY), or safety (BIL T‑Bills). It uses simple gauges: long‑term trend (200‑day average), hot/cold meter (RSI), recent jumps/drops and drawdown. Too hot → buy VIX; washed‑out → buy 3x; stressed or downtrend → T‑Bills or inverse 3x.
