A rules-based strategy that shifts between aggressive tech, momentum stocks, safer low-volatility stocks, and market-crash hedges based on whether the market looks beaten down, overheated, or neutral.

This strategy watches two stock market benchmarks: QQQ (big tech/growth stocks) and SPY (the broad U.S. market). If tech stocks look heavily sold off, it buys either an aggressive tech rebound fund (TQQQ) or a safer mix of low-volatility and momentum stocks. If tech looks overheated, it moves into crash-protection funds (VIXY and BTAL). Otherwise, it picks between momentum stocks and calmer, lower-volatility stock funds based on the broader market trend.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
