A signal‑driven “pop catcher.” It sells into euphoria via UVXY, buys oversold 3× equity dips, else switches between aggressive tech/fear‑fade bets and a defensive sleeve led by KMLM (managed futures). High risk, short‑term tools used sparingly.

Uses a 0–100 “speedometer” (RSI) of recent moves. If many stock groups look “too hot” (≈80+), it buys UVXY—a fund that jumps when fear spikes. If they look “too cold” (≈30 or less), it buys 3× tech/semis/S&P bounce plays (TECL, SOXL, SPXL). Otherwise it compares tech vs KMLM (a diversified managed‑futures trend ETF): if tech is stronger, buy TECL or SVIX (benefits when fear falls); if not, hold a calmer mix from KMLM/FTLS/UUP/Treasuries.
