This strategy checks the market every day and asks: is the overall US stock market healthy, overheated, or under stress? In strong markets, it usually buys a turbocharged Nasdaq fund (TQQQ). If stocks look too overheated, it switches to VIXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear jumps. In weaker markets, it sometimes buys extra-leveraged stock funds for a rebound, and other times hides in bearish funds or bonds.
