This strategy is usually all-in on just one thing at a time: Bitcoin exposure (through GBTC), leveraged big-tech exposure (through TQQQ), or a safe cash-like fund (BIL). First it checks whether Bitcoin looks too hot. If Bitcoin has been rising strongly but not excessively, it buys GBTC. If not, it looks at the Nasdaq: if tech looks healthy or deeply oversold and likely to bounce, it buys TQQQ. If markets look shaky, it moves to BIL.
