A 15% sleeve that holds one ETF at a time and checks markets daily. It reads a short‑term “heat” score (RSI: 0–100 from recent ups vs downs). If Treasuries beat cash and the S&P 500 isn’t overheated, it goes TQQQ (3× Nasdaq). If the S&P is too hot, it parks in BIL (T‑bills). If cash leads, it either bets on a rebound (TQQQ) or, if risk stays weak, chooses the stronger of SQQQ (−3× Nasdaq) or EDV (long Treasuries).
