A rule-based 15% tactical sleeve that flips daily among TQQQ, BIL, SQQQ, or EDV using a simple short‑term “heat” score (RSI) across stocks and bonds to avoid overheated markets and lean into momentum or rebounds, mainly targeting big US tech trends.

A 15% sleeve that holds one ETF at a time and checks markets daily. It reads a short‑term “heat” score (RSI: 0–100 from recent ups vs downs). If Treasuries beat cash and the S&P 500 isn’t overheated, it goes TQQQ (3× Nasdaq). If the S&P is too hot, it parks in BIL (T‑bills). If cash leads, it either bets on a rebound (TQQQ) or, if risk stays weak, chooses the stronger of SQQQ (−3× Nasdaq) or EDV (long Treasuries).

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
