A daily, bond‑guided switch that uses a simple 0–100 heat score to flip between aggressive 3x semiconductor/tech bets (SOXL/TECL), defensive 3x bears (SOXS/SQQQ), or short Treasuries (SHY) when stocks run too hot.

Daily it reads a simple 0–100 “heat” score (RSI). It compares safe bonds (T‑bills/short Treasuries) with longer Treasuries and a high‑beta stock fund to decide risk‑on or risk‑off. If stocks aren’t overheated, it buys 3x semiconductor/tech (SOXL/TECL). If they’re too hot, it parks in short Treasuries (SHY). In risk‑off it can flip to 3x bears (SOXS/SQQQ), picking the one that fell more recently. Note: 3x funds are very risky.
