Each day it holds one ETF. It mainly rides semiconductors/tech with 3x bulls (SOXL=semis, TECL=tech), can flip to 3x bears (SOXS=short semis, SQQQ=short Nasdaq), or step aside into short-term Treasuries (SHY). It uses RSI—a 0–100 “heat” gauge—to judge what’s hot or cold, and compares stock ‘heat’ (SPY, HIBL) vs bond ‘heat’ (BIL, IEF, SHY) to choose risk‑on/off and when to fade overbought or buy dips.
