A very aggressive market-timing strategy that mostly bets hard on big tech with TQQQ, sometimes bets against it with SQQQ, and occasionally moves to T-bills when conditions look weak.

This strategy makes a new decision every day and usually puts all the money into just one holding. If the overall U.S. stock market (tracked by SPY) is above its recent average level, it goes all-in on TQQQ, a fund that tries to deliver about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100, so it is a very aggressive bet on big tech. If the market is not in that stronger trend, it looks at short-term “temperature checks” of stocks and bonds using RSI, which is a 0-to-100 score showing whether something has been heavily bought or sold lately. Based on those checks, it either stays aggressive with TQQQ, flips bearish with SQQQ (which rises when the Nasdaq falls), or hides in BIL, a very low-risk Treasury-bill fund.
