About
A rule-based switcher: ride tech in uptrends (TQQQ), bet on volatility when things look overheated (UVXY), buy 3x bulls on oversold dips, or flip to short Nasdaq (PSQ/SQQQ) or Treasuries (TLT) when trends weaken. Very aggressive and high risk.
• Step 1: Trend. Is SPY above its 200‑day average? Yes = uptrend; no = downtrend.
• Uptrend: Default to TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). If short‑term “heat” RSI (0–100) is very high (>~80) on TQQQ/SPXL, switch to UVXY (volatility). If QQQ’s last ~800 days rose >~100%, go contrarian: PSQ (short Nasdaq) or 50/50 PSQ+TLT (Treasuries).
• Downtrend: If RSI is very low, buy TECL or UPRO (3x bulls) for a bounce; else pick SQQQ, TLT, or TQQQ using short‑term RSI/trend.
Out-of-sample annualized return ~58.6% vs S&P ~19.7%, Calmar ~1.17, Sharpe ~1.04. This regime-driven plan shifts among tech, volatility, S&P and bonds to pursue big upside with disciplined risk—yet drawdowns can be large (≈50%).
