A daily tactical plan for the Nasdaq/S&P. It rides 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ) in uptrends; in downtrends it rotates to 3× tech/S&P, 3× inverse Nasdaq, or long Treasuries. After sharp Nasdaq drops it adds a dump‑catcher (cash+vol spike or 3× semis). Very high risk.

Rebalances daily. If the Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ) dropped >5% in 10 days, split: if volatility jumped (SVXY fell) hold T‑Bills (BIL) + a panic‑spike fund (UVXY); else buy 3× semis (SOXL). Core: If the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average, hold 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ) unless it’s overheated (high RSI), then use UVXY. If below, buy 3× tech (TECL) or 3× S&P (UPRO) on dips; otherwise choose the stronger of 3× inverse Nasdaq (SQQQ) or long Treasuries (TLT). RSI = 0–100 heat score.
