About

Multi-strategy, fast-switching portfolio: buys strong tech/growth in uptrends (often with leveraged ETFs) and pivots to cash/T‑Bills, Treasuries, gold, US dollar, managed futures (KMLM), or inverse/volatility funds in stress. High risk.
NutHow it works
An ensemble of many small rules. Each day it picks ~8 of the best recent performers and splits money across them. Signals use moving averages, RSI (a “speedometer”: high=hot, low=washed‑out), and volatility. In uptrends it rides growth/tech via TQQQ/TECL/SOXL (leveraged Nasdaq/tech/semis). In stress it moves to BIL/SHV (T‑Bills), IEF/TLT/TMF (Treasuries), GLD (gold), UUP (US dollar), KMLM (managed futures), or inverse/volatility funds like SQQQ/SPXU and UVXY/VIXY.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this multi-strategy rotates into strong trends and hedges stress, delivering ~44% annualized return vs ~19% for the S&P, with Calmar near 1 and diversified protection, though drawdowns can be larger in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
