This strategy watches several stock indexes and sectors to see if they’ve risen too far too fast or fallen hard. If markets look overheated, it buys funds that usually rise when fear spikes. If the market trend is healthy, it buys aggressive tech funds after sharp pullbacks. If signals are weak or mixed, it shifts to cash-like T-bills or defensive funds such as managed futures, long/short stock strategies, or a stronger U.S. dollar.
