An aggressive switcher that bets on short-term reversals: it buys fear when stocks look overheated, buys risky growth funds after sharp drops, and turns defensive when tech looks weaker than a crisis-friendly trend fund.

This strategy looks for markets that have moved too far, too fast over the last 10 days. If many stock areas look overheated, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when market fear spikes. If certain aggressive stock funds look badly beaten down, it buys those for a rebound. Otherwise, it compares tech strength to KMLM, a trend-following fund often stronger in rough markets, and then chooses either aggressive trades or defensive ones.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
