This strategy is an all-in market switcher. 1) It first checks if the overall U.S. stock market has risen too fast lately. If yes, it buys UVIX, a fund that can jump when fear spikes. 2) If not, it compares recent strength in tech stocks (XLK) to KMLM, a fund that often does better in stressed or trend-driven markets. 3) If tech is stronger, it buys a high-risk basket of leveraged stock/tech funds. If KMLM is stronger, it bets against tech with TECS.
