About

All-in-one tactical switcher: chase short volatility spikes when markets overheat, buy oversold rebounds in high‑beta ETFs, or sit in KMLM (managed futures). Uses a simple 0–100 heat gauge (RSI) and a KMLM trend check; one holding at a time.
NutHow it works
Plain English: it picks one ETF at a time. - Uses RSI, a 0–100 “heat gauge” of recent moves (hot=overbought, cold=oversold). - If markets look very hot, it buys UVXY (a fear ETF) to catch a short spike. - If nothing’s hot, it buys deep dips in 3× bulls: TECL (tech), SOXL (semis), SPXL (S&P 500), LABU (biotech). - Otherwise it prefers KMLM, a managed‑futures fund (commodities/currencies/bonds). When KMLM trends up, it may briefly short tech (TECS). It can also play fading fear via SVIX or longer‑dated fear via VIXM.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample Sharpe ~1.10 vs SPY ~1.03; annualized return ~74.8% vs ~17.9%; Calmar ~1.52; beta ~0.89. More efficient risk-adjusted growth via tactical rotations than the S&P 500, with higher drawdowns in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
