This strategy constantly asks: is the market too hot, too washed out, or somewhere in between? If stocks look overheated, it moves into volatility funds that tend to rise when markets get scary. If tech or the market gets heavily beaten down, it buys aggressive rebound funds. Otherwise, it compares tech strength with KMLM, a trend-following fund. If tech is stronger, it buys the strongest risk-on choice; if not, it uses bonds as a safety check and may choose safer assets or bearish funds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
