About

Rules‑based plan for choppy markets: buy sharp tech/semis dips with 3× ETFs; otherwise toggle among long QQQ, inverse QQQ, cash, or defensive indexes. In uptrends it tilts to TQQQ/SOXL. Uses leveraged/inverse funds; high risk.
NutHow it works
1) Trend check: if SPY is below its 200‑day average, use the bear/sideways playbook; else the bull one. 2) Bear/sideways: first buy big dips in tech/semis/FANG/S&P with 3× funds when RSI (0–100 “heat gauge”) is very low; if no dip, rotate among cash, long QQQ, or inverse QQQ using short‑term trend, depth of losses, and bond (TLT) strength. 3) Bull: prefer TQQQ/SOXL unless things look too hot, then hedge with VIX or long bonds.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 1.04 vs SPY 0.86; annualized return 68.6% vs 16.2%; Calmar 1.14. Higher upside per unit risk, but drawdowns can be large (60% vs 18%). Tech/semis tilt with tactical leverage.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
