An aggressive market-timing strategy that mainly trades tech and semiconductor funds, buying sharp dips, reducing risk in weak markets, and sometimes betting against the Nasdaq when conditions worsen.

This strategy first asks: is the U.S. stock market weak or strong? It uses SPY (the S&P 500) as that signal. In weak markets, it tries to buy sharp selloffs in tech and semiconductors, but if conditions keep worsening it can switch to safer areas, bonds, or even funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls. In strong markets, it usually holds aggressive tech positions, unless the market looks too overheated, when it moves to crash-protection funds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
