This strategy checks the market every day and asks: are investors seeking risk or hiding from it? It compares very recent performance in global stocks, safer stocks, finance, commodities, and volatility. If markets look weak, it shifts toward defense, hedges, bonds, gold, and some bets against weak sectors. If markets look strong, it buys faster-moving areas like tech, semiconductors, industrials, and finance. It also looks for signs of a market rebound after a sharp drop, and for times when prices have risen too far too fast.
