Short‑term, tech‑focused rotation. Buys tech on dips and hedges when it runs hot using bonds, gold, defensives, and volatility/commodity/currency hedges. Position sizes reflect risk. Rebalances daily; uses some leveraged/inverse ETFs.

It watches big tech (QQQ) and treats RSI like a 0–100 “hot/cold” score: low = oversold, high = overbought. On dips it buys tech (QQQ; software IGV; semis SOXX; sometimes 2x). When tech runs too hot, it shifts to safer areas (healthcare XLV, staples XLP, Treasuries TLT/IEF, gold GLD) and hedges (VIXY/VIXM, short oil/gas SCO/KOLD, short yen YCS, BTAL). It sizes riskier ETFs smaller. Rebalanced daily.
