- Watches tech strength and breadth: if broad tech looks healthy, it holds tech (QQQ/IGV/SOXX). If not, it mixes tech with hedges. - Buys tech on sharp dips when QQQ looks “oversold.” - When QQQ gets very “hot,” it rotates to hedges (volatility funds, health care, gold/staples). - A volatility and macro check chooses which hedge mix to use. - Weights riskier funds smaller; rebalances daily.
