This strategy watches QQQ, a fund built around large U.S. tech-heavy companies, as its main market signal. If tech has dropped hard in a short time, it buys areas that may bounce back, like software or chip stocks. If tech has risen too fast, it shifts into defensive positions like healthcare, gold-related funds, bonds, or volatility funds. It also changes positions based on how calm or jumpy the market is.
