Aggressive, tactical strategy in tech/semis that flips between 3x bull and 3x bear funds and sometimes UVXY. It bets against short‑term “overheated” moves using RSI and a 200‑day trend filter, and can park in Treasuries when risk is high.

It splits money into 3 sleeves: Nasdaq‑100, Technology, and Semiconductors. It uses a simple “heat gauge” (RSI: 0–100; >~80=too hot, <~30=too cold) and a long‑term trend (S&P 500 vs 200‑day average). If things look hot, it flips to 3x bear ETFs or volatility (UVXY). If trend is healthy, it rides TQQQ; in risk‑off, it may use SQQQ or TLT, with occasional bounce buys (TECL/UPRO).
