If any looks very hot (~80), move 100% into UVXY to bet on a quick pullback/volatility spike. Step 2: Otherwise, split into three sleeves (Nasdaq 100, Semis, US Tech). In each: if the index just ran up fast (>~2% today, >~5% week, >~25–30% month), hold the 3x bear ETF; else hold the 3x bull ETF. Extremely high risk.
