About

Contrarian, high‑octane swing strategy. If markets look overheated, it bets on a volatility spike (UVXY). Otherwise it rotates among 3x bull or bear tech/semis/Nasdaq funds based on recent surges. Very risky; aims to profit from pullbacks.
NutHow it works
Step 1: If a short‑term “hotness” gauge (RSI, 0–100; high = stretched) says big U.S. indexes/sectors are very hot, go 100% into UVXY—an ETF that jumps when market fear/volatility spikes. Step 2: Otherwise, split equally into three sleeves (Nasdaq‑100, Semis, Tech). If that sleeve just surged (+2% 1‑day, +5% 5‑day, +25–30% 25‑day), use the 3x inverse ETF (SQQQ/SOXS/TECS); if not, use the 3x bull (TQQQ/SOXL/TECL).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~82.5% annualized return, Sharpe ~1.15, Calmar ~1.34 vs SPY ~18% and Sharpe ~1.04. Drawdown ~61%—great upside, high risk; suited for risk-tolerant contrarian investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
