This strategy splits money into 3 aggressive buckets tied to tech, semiconductors, and the Nasdaq. Most of the time it owns turbocharged funds that rise when those areas rise. But if prices have run up too far, too fast, it may switch to funds that bet against them, or to UVXY, a fund that usually jumps when markets panic. It also checks whether the overall market trend looks healthy or weak, and in rough periods may briefly prefer long-term Treasury bonds.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
