This is a daily-updated “market weather” strategy. It checks if stocks—especially big tech—look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky. Then it rotates among aggressive tech funds, bond funds, cash-like Treasury bills, and hedges like volatility or bearish funds. In simple terms: when the market looks healthy, it often buys amplified tech. When risk rises, it shifts to safer or defensive holdings.
