It’s a daily, rules-based rotator across 5 sleeves: Gold (~41%), Long Treasuries/Tech (~24%), Emerging Markets (~20%), Nasdaq/S&P (~13%), REITs (~3%). Signals: trend (price vs a moving-average “trend line,” often 200‑day) and RSI (a 0–100 short‑term “hot/cold” score: >80 overheated, <30 washed out). It flips among bull/inverse leveraged ETFs: UGL/GLL (gold), TMF/TMV/TLT (Treasuries), TQQQ/SQQQ, UPRO/SPXL/IVV (S&P), EDC/EDZ (EM), DRN/DRV (REITs), and may hedge spikes with UVXY.
