A daily‑rotating, multi‑strategy mix that presses tech/growth in favorable trends and quickly flips to Treasuries, cash‑like T‑bills, volatility hedges, gold, market‑neutral, or managed futures when markets overheat or weaken.

It watches simple gauges: trend (is price above its recent average?), “heat” (RSI: are moves unusually strong/weak?), and recent returns. When trends are up and not overheated, it owns growth/tech (QQQ/TQQQ/TECL/SOXL). When trends are down or too hot, it shifts to defense: Treasuries (TLT/TMF), cash‑like T‑bills (BIL/SHV), volatility hedges (VIXY/UVXY), market‑neutral (BTAL), gold, or managed futures (KMLM). Rebalanced daily. RSI here is a short‑term speed/overbought‑oversold gauge.
