A rules-driven, daily-rebalanced portfolio that rides tech and Treasury trends, hedges when markets run hot, and rotates to bonds, cash, or diversifiers when trends break. Uses RSI (a heat gauge), moving averages, and bond-vs-cash signals to switch regimes.

A daily rules-based mix that shifts with market “temperature.” It watches trend (moving averages) and heat (RSI = a speedometer: high = overheated, low = washed‑out). When tech is trending and not hot, it leans into QQQ/TQQQ/TECL/SOXL. If overheated, it hedges or shorts (PSQ/SQQQ, VIXY/UVXY). If trend breaks, it rotates to Treasuries (TLT/TMF), cash (BIL/SHV), and diversifiers (KMLM, BTAL, gold). A “Four Corners” module flips among Bull/Mild Bull/Mild Bear/Bear. EM is toggled via EDC/EDZ.
