Once a month, look at 11 big U.S. stock market sectors (Technology, Health Care, Energy, Financials, Industrials, Materials, Communication Services, Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Utilities, Real Estate). Rank them by how much they rose over ~2 months. Buy the top 3, split money evenly. Hold for a month, then repeat.
