Rebalanced daily. Uses simple gauges—RSI (hot/cold 0–100), price vs average (trend), recent max drop, and volatility—to flip between offense and defense. Calm uptrends: own growth (TQQQ, UPRO, TECL, SOXL). Overheated or shaky: buy crash insurance (UVXY/VIX) and safe havens (Treasuries TLT/TMF, gold GLD, cash-like SHY, strong USD UUP/USDU, defensive XLP/XLU/BTAL). Falling rates → long Treasuries; rising → dollar or short Treasuries (TMV). Also rides recent winners across stocks/bonds/commodities.
