About

All‑weather, daily‑rotating portfolio. Rides tech and bonds in calm markets, flips to hedges/shorts and stronger USD in stress or rising rates. Aims to beat the S&P 500 over time using only 1099 ETFs (no K‑1). Leverage used; expect bigger swings.
NutHow it works
Each day it checks “fear” and trend. RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold meter; moving averages compare price to its recent average. - Calm: lean into growth (TQQQ = 3x Nasdaq), plus bonds and some commodities (PDBC). - Hot or falling fast: add hedges/shorts (PSQ/SQQQ = short Nasdaq; SOXS = short semis; BTAL = market‑neutral). - Bonds: TMF (3x long Treasuries) when rates fall; TMV + USDU (long USD) when rates rise. Note: 3x ETFs swing a lot.
CheckmarkValue prop
This all‑weather, 1099 ETF strategy shines out‑of‑sample: ~35.7% annualized return vs SPY ~24.1%, max drawdown ~9.1% vs ~18.8%, Calmar ~3.9, beta ~0.86 and positive alpha—more upside with far less downside than the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
