It’s a smarter “all‑weather” mix that changes gear with conditions. - Offense: when trends are strong, it leans into growth with leveraged tech funds (TECL/TQQQ). - Defense: when risk rises, it shifts to Treasuries (TLT/TMF), cash‑like T‑Bills (BIL/SHV), gold (GLD), or even inverse bonds (TMV) if rates rise. - Crash shield: it can hedge using VIX funds (UVXY/SVXY) that jump when fear spikes. It uses a simple heat meter (RSI) and trend checks: hot/overbought → hedge; washed‑out → buy the dip.
