A rules-based, multi-asset Dragon portfolio. It rides trends in stocks and bonds, rotates to recent winners, and uses gold, commodities, the US dollar, and volatility/inverse funds as crash insurance—aiming to work in both growth and decline.

Goal: grow in booms, defend in busts. It splits money across five buckets: stocks, bonds, commodities/gold, cash/US dollar, and crisis insurance. It checks three dials: trend (above/below long‑term average), momentum (recent leaders), and heat (overbought/oversold). In calm uptrends it leans into stock index funds (sometimes 3x versions). When stress or rising rates appear, it shifts to Treasuries, gold/commodities, the dollar, or hedges (volatility and inverse funds).
