About

A dynamic, all‑weather portfolio. It chases strength in stocks when trends are healthy, but in turmoil it pivots to Treasuries, gold, the US dollar, defensive stocks, and volatility hedges—aiming to perform across booms, busts, and inflation/rate shocks.
NutHow it works
It splits money into 5 sleeves: growth stocks, bonds/rates, commodity/“fiat alternatives,” trend/momentum, and volatility hedges. Each sleeve flips risk-on/off using simple gauges: a speedometer (RSI: very high=hot, very low=cold), a trend line (price vs moving average), and recent drops. In calm booms it owns tech/stock indexes (often 3x). In stress it shifts to Treasuries, gold, USD, defensive sectors or VIX funds. Rebalances daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
In out-of-sample testing, this all-weather strategy delivers higher risk-adjusted returns (Sharpe ~1.85 vs ~1.35), lower drawdown (13% vs 19%), and stronger upside (~30% vs ~22% annually) with diversified risk protection vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
