About

A Dragon‑style, rules‑based mix of stocks, bonds, gold/commodities, US dollar, and crash protection. It tilts between offense and defense using simple trend/overbought/oversold signals. Includes leveraged and volatility ETFs; expect bigger swings.
NutHow it works
It spreads money across 5 buckets: Growth stocks (often 3x tech/market), Bonds, Trend/commodity, “Fiat alternatives” (gold/commodities/US$), and a crash‑protection sleeve (~12.5%). It watches: 1) price vs its long‑term average (trend), 2) short‑term “too hot/too cold” gauges (RSI), 3) recent drops. In strong uptrends it leans into stocks and long bonds; in stress it rotates to gold, dollar, Treasuries, market‑neutral, or VIX‑based hedges. Uses leveraged/volatility ETFs; expect big swings.
CheckmarkValue prop
This strategy beats the S&P on risk-adjusted growth with less downside. Out-of-sample return ~29% vs 22%, Sharpe ~1.80 vs 1.41, max drawdown ~13.7% vs 18.8%. A diversified, rule-based mix with crash protection.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
