A Dragon‑inspired, rules‑based portfolio that rotates among stocks, Treasuries, gold/commodities, the US dollar, and crisis hedges. It uses simple trend and “hot/cold” checks to press risk in uptrends and get defensive—or even short—when conditions worsen. Uses leveraged ETFs tactically.

It splits your money into several sleeves and checks markets daily. It looks at trend (price vs a recent average), “hot/cold” readings (a speed gauge similar to RSI), and size of recent drops. In uptrends it leans into stocks (sometimes with leverage). When trends weaken or rates rise, it shifts to gold, the US dollar, defensive sectors, or even short funds. A bond sleeve rides big interest‑rate moves. A small sleeve hedges panics with volatility ETFs. Goal: work in booms and busts.
