This strategy first checks whether the US stock market has been calm or jumpy over the last month. If calm, it may use very aggressive 3x funds tied to big US stocks and long-term US Treasury bonds. If markets look less stable, it moves to safer, unleveraged funds and adds whichever 2 areas have been strongest over the last 4 months from stocks, bonds, gold, commodities, the US dollar, or cash-like short-term Treasuries.
