It checks the market’s mood (up/down/sideways) and, for each mood, ranks a small list of “safe” ETFs using plain rules: recent gains, how bumpy they’ve been, whether they look stretched, and their worst recent drop. It then spreads money across the calmest winners—or parks in T‑Bills if risk spikes.
